Responsibilities:• Responsible for assisting the Recruitment Team ( Recruiting Physicians , Allied Health, Nursing & Admin candidates ) with job advertisement, interview scheduling and document collection to help with the shortlisting of candidates.• Provides overall administrative support to the Recrutment Team and maintains the new employee file system.• Helps maintain the Nation Hospital candidate tracking system and provides notification letters to candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.• Collects candidate documentation at the appropriate time for qualified candidates including sending them Terms & Conditions, Preparing Offer Letters & documentation for licensure applications.• Once Candidate is assured with HAAD license , start Collecting documents required for Work Permit & Visa processing and coordinates new employee starting date associated with the hiring of newly hired and transferred employees.• Maintains the Emloyee license hard copy file,ensuring that all licenses filed are up to date.
