I am currently working on a cloud-based Property Investment and Management Platform, specifically targeting the Data Integration of New Zealand and Australia Property Data. I am also designing the Data Warehouse solution for the visualization and reporting services.My responsibilities include:•Data Standardisation and cleaning of the raw data.•Integrating property data from multiple government data sources to build a complete data set.•Design of the Data warehouse using Kimball methodology and creating the SSIS packages.•Building reports and Dashboards for Property Investors with the help of SSRS and Power BI respectively.•Writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for analysis and reporting purposes.
