- Responsible for business planning, market analysis, identified business opportunities, new business partner, manage revenue collection and achieving the company target- To expand business segment/ potential on the VSAT Services in Malaysia & Asia Pacific- Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to the target and plan- Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management- Develop and execute engagement strategies to penetrate into large corporations by providing total VSAT telecommunications solution (Voice, Data, Internet and Satellite). - Plan and implement retention strategies to retain existing customer base and increase revenue base from the existing portfolios. Analyse competitive information and strategic plans for major customers to counter competitor’s actions.- supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance

Analyse competitive information and strategic plans for major customers to counter competitor’s actions.- supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance- Manage and Monitor Malaysian Communication & Multimedia Commission MCMC Tower Project (From site Acquisition, Local Council Approval, Construction work and hand over the site to MCMC)

Work Description:  Develop and execute engagement strategies to penetrate into large corporations by providing total telecommunications solution (Voice, Data, Wireless, Broadband, Internet and Satellite).  Develop and implement retention strategies to retain existing customer base and increase revenue base from the existing portfolios. Analyse competitive information and strategic plans for major customers to counter competitor’s actions. Work closely with all the relevant departments within TIME and solution partners to develop industry or customer specific solutions and manage the deliverables and implementation of the solutions. Develop and execute Account Management Plan in order to provide in-depth understanding of customers’ requirements and develop new business opportunities.
