In my current role I am leading the enhancements project of customer communication system (CCS). CCS is designed to send notifications of initiated events to registered demand response (DR) customers. Purpose of this notification system is to dispatch DR customers whose load reduction capability has been registered. AEP has over 600 megawatts of demand resources.
