In March 2013, my partner Nuan and I co-founded AN Jewelry in Singapore, a brand specializing in bespoke high-end jewelry design. I spearheaded the establishment of the company in Singapore and made significant financial contributions, assuming responsibility for overall strategic planning and brand management. Additionally, I oversaw organizational structure development, employee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to ensure seamless collaboration between teams based in Singapore and Shanghai towards achieving company objectives. To directly cater to discerning customers, we successfully launched our inaugural brick-and-mortar boutique store in Singapore. Furthermore, I took charge of supervising brand operations across both locations - Singapore and Shanghai - guaranteeing exceptional product quality standards and service delivery excellence. Through my leadership efforts driving consistent growth trajectory for the company's success story thus far; we have expanded our presence by opening multiple offline boutiques stores in both cities - establishing AN Jewelry as a renowned luxury jewelry brand within the region.
