The Project on which I worked is given below: Union Texas Pakistan Ltd. (Take-Over by BP) (Project at Different Sites) Worked as Mechanical Consultant for all of their Gas/Oil field. Our scope of work includes, selection, designing and detailing of Mechanical works, related to all their process equipment and piping at different oil field e.g. Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Engine, Line sizing, Pump selection, and Update fire fighting system and make preventive maintenance program for all its rotary equipment and fire fighting system. Engro Chemical Pakistan Ltd. It was a major expansion project making thrice the capacity. In this project, two plants (ICI Urea Plant from UK and CHEVRON Ammonia plant from USA) were brought to Pakistan. Our job description was to interconnect the two plants, decide the tie-in points, with existing plant, routing, line sizing, etc.Karachi Port Modernization Project Oil Pear V, (Liquid Products. Marine-terminal). Oil pear V is capable of handling 16,000 to 75,000 tons Dwt. ship for loading and unloading of crude oil, edible and non-edible oil, liquid chemicals etc. Our scope of work includes Detailed Engineering of Mechanical works and Selection of Equipment.Pakistan Petroleum Ltd. (Project at Sui Baluchistan) Designing, Developing and detailing of condensate recovery facility at Sui. Pakistan State oil (Project at Karachi port) Study of 3½ Km 20” dia pigged line failure.Pak Saudi Fertilizer Ltd. (Project at Mirpur Mathelo)Designing and detail Engineering of heat exchanger (re-boiler type) and pressure vessel using ASME Sec. VIII and TEMA code.Mari Gas (Pvt.) Ltd. (Pressure Vessel Project) Designing of Knock-out Drum. (Design pressure 1800 psig.)Ciba-Geigy Pakistan Ltd. (project at Multan) Design and development of automatic fire fighting in-rack sprinkler system using NFPA codes.(Project at Karachi), Fire Protection System of warehouse.

Worked with Principal engineer on the design, development and erection of the following projects:Adam Lubricants Pvt. Ltd. (Waste oil Re-fining & Blending Plant –Manikin-German).Pakistan National Chemical Industries Pvt. Ltd. (Activated clay plant) It includes the designing of rotary drier, cyclone separator, Agitator, mixer, conveyer, Particle separator, classifier etc.
