Lead ambitious and transformational change agenda for Aga Khan Education Service, Tanzania (AKES,T) - brought efficiencies to management and operations of all AKES,T schools and raised profile of schools in Tanzania. Aga Khan Education Services is an international school system based out of Paris, France. The system consists of about 200 schools internationally.

Full P&L, operational and administrative responsibility of Texas School of Business-Southwest Campus (a Kaplan Higher Education career college) accredited by ACICS, TWC (Texas Workforce Commission) and CAAHEP offering Allied Health Education and Computer Business Systems programs. Lead team of five directors, 26 teachers and 40 campus staff.

Principal: Complete overall responsibility of two large Beaconhouse School Campuses located in Lahore and Islamabad consisting of seven schools and junior college, ranging from grades pre-nursery to eleven (GCE O Level, University of Cambridge, U.K.) and grades twelve and thirteen (GCE A Level, University of Cambridge, U.K.) equivalent to U.S. junior college, both campuses combined consist of 4,800 students and 190 sections/classes. Lead team of eight vice-principals, 340 teachers and 130 support personnel.National Director Outdoor Education Program: Complete overall responsibility of program development implementation and organization of Beaconhouse Outdoor Education Program (BOEP). During my leadership, program enrollment consisted of 20,000 students representing 50 schools nationwide having a population of 40,000 students. Lead team of dedicated outdoor education professionals.
