GC/MS, TLC/FID.• Established mobile labs to identify the petroleum products, equipped with GC’s and other analytical tools placed on borders to stop smuggling of subsidized petroleum fuel in Kingdom. • Experience in developing FT-NIR based techniques and methods for on line analysis of petroleum fuels like gasoline kerosene, and diesel for their quality and to identify the mingling of products.

Raw material quality check like NaCl and CaC2 to produce acetylene and chlorine basic ingredient for vinyl chloride monomer. Quality performance check for HgCl2 catalyst to produce vinyl chloride monomer. Quality of additives used in polymerization process to to produce Poly Vinyl Chloride of different degree of polymerization. Provide recipes to produce PVC pipes using extruders and quality control and other research activities to produce plastic sheets, PVC bottles Jerry cans, pipe fittings like elbows, unions, tee and adhesives.Performance insurance tests for pipe pressure, elongation tensile strengths and oversee other routine tests for chemical complex plant.
