• Lead the implementation engineering, and project management for four new businesses in 2023. Adding $13 Million in annual revenue. Work included detailed process design, calculating process productivities, labor planning, procurement, scope of work contracts, client management and GO live support. Project management included Operations planning, EDI scope, and Coordinating with the WMS integration and setup.

Responsible for finding cost efficiencies within Supply Chain. Achieved $472K annual savings. • Inventory management for CTC distribution centres supporting all 500 stores in Canada.• Supported a portfolio which accounted for $312M in revenue, across 3,500+ SKUs.• Met and exceeded various metrics each quarter. Including improving Service Level, reducing excess and SKU maintenance.• Supported the Home Environment Category amongst others. This seasonal business involved bi-annual supply planning and regular weather driven change analysis.• Volunteered for recruitment sessions, SME training workshops & on the RA council

• The council’s mandate is to optimize the Replenishment Analyst (RA) role at CTC and to create a better sense of community within it.• Mohammad joined as the newest member to the RA role. Chaired and scheduled meetings, assigned projects, followed up on action items, reported to the VP, & collaborated with cross functional teams.• Projects include: Creating a new standard excess on order tracking process, creating an audit tool for vendor sources, developing a new case study for future RA interviews, consulting with the education team on best practices, launching a lunch and learn series, tracking RA metrics across all divisions, testing new tools and processes, etc.

Super User role with K line’s Visibility Management System, via our 3PL Century Distribution systems. Educating, facilitating and maintaining its functionality to all stakeholder user groups.
