• Coordinating with NOC Engineer for relevant authority approval prior to work commencement.• Liaising with relevant authorities within project in securing necessary clearance, permits and ensure compliance with local construction regulations. • Liasing with relevant authorities for trial pit verification for obtaining construction NOC. • Preparing the Material submittals, prequalification, Method statement and RFI.• Coordinating with quality control team for MIR and WIR.• Collaborating with project manager to develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule of work in accordance with baseline program.• Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project requirement and completion.• Tracking the project milestones, KPI and deadlines to ensure the project stays on schedule for completion.• Monitor, review and approved Quality Control Documentation progressively compiled during the project to ensure that all activities are recorded and reported as required.• Execution and supervising all on-site construction activities and coordinating with other discipline team and subcontractor for feasibility of work.• Resolve day-to-day problems on the job site and inspect all work during construction to ensure compliance with project specifications.• Ensuring that work is carried out according to project specifications and quality standards.• Perform daily inspections to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawing & specification for all works under the contract documents.• Works closely with the construction/ Project manager in dealing with and closing out of all non- conformance issues and other quality related issues.• Coordinating with construction manager in close out all snags and getting it approve from consultant and client.• Preparing the closeout documentation and coordinating with construction/ project manager till the handing over project to client and obtaining PTOC/FTOC certificate.
