With over 15 years experience in data I have seen business strategies evolve to make data at the forefront of their growth plans.I have managed teams of 5 to a whole department consisting of 50 data professionals.My leadership skills have evolved teams into streamlined agile delivery with continuous improvement at the forefront.I am able to convey the overall strategy and initiatives at a high level to understand the ROI and benefits, but also able to break these initiatives down into manageable, trackable and impactful delivery cycles to both maximise resource utilisation and track progress.I founded Datasense with the sole purpose of using my experience to help organisations in the UAE and GCC region to maximise their data assets to achieve their growth plans through innovative, cost efficient and easy to deploy cloud SAAS data and AI platforms/products.I am also a keen scuba diver that loves exploring the underwater world, I have been lucky enough to position myself now that I can take advantage of being a few hours away from both the red sea and the majestic Indian ocean where the diving is some of the best in the world.
