Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements.International Visits to Brazil, Germany, Russia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, and Iran for marketing and Procurement related responsibilities.

International Visits to Vietnam and Iran for purchasing raw materials and marketing respectively.Generating production reports and performance metrics, including production output, quality indicators, and efficiency measures. Providing regular updates to senior management.

Allocating manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources to various production tasks to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.Implementing and enforcing strict quality control procedures to ensure that leather products meet or exceed established quality standards.I have undertaken extensive travel throughout the country for the purpose of procuring finished leather.

Tanning Techniques, Inspecting the hides for any flaws or defects, as well as making any necessary cuts or repairs. Performing various tanning processes, such as soaking, drying, stretching, and dyeing, to create the desired finished product.
