Pre-Sales Activities -• Assist direct sales team to analyze client requirements and lead in the design of solutions meeting all the client requirements.• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and support teams for existing/prospected client's new business solutions.• Be actively involved with the sales team, meeting customers and understand their requirements/challenges.• Validate customer requirements and match the best fit products that meet business requirements of customers.• Develop technical solutions and write detailed reports for projects employing complex technologies (Servers/Networks/IT Security/Storage/Cloud/CCTV and Access Control).• Designs including platform selection and sizing, data management design, • Additionally working with technology partners and vendors directly for solutions i.e. Cisco, Avaya, Alcatel Lucent, Microsoft, EMC, IBM, Dell, Sonicwall, Cyberoam, Fortigate, Avigilon, Surveon. • Develop technical proposal and commercial proposal in coordination with product /account manager.Technical Activities -• Participate in/Coordinate I.T Projects Implementations. • Managing complex projects entirely end to end ensuring to meet customer business needs• Develop project plans, schedules, and estimates of moderate complexity, employing project management capabilities.• Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems, outages and schedule upgrades.• Designing, implementing and configuring Avaya/Cisco VoIP Network environment, Internal Network Firewalls, Wireless Access Points, IP Based PBX Telephones and IP Based CCTV Cameras.• Provide day to day support, proactive maintenance and perform independent complex system troubleshooting. • Establishing networking environment by designing system configuration , directing system installation , documenting and enforcing system standards

• Managing the Network all over India through Reactive and Proactive monitoring.• Level 1 and level 2 troubleshooting through NMS and providing support for Enterprise Backend Customers of TTSL for resolving the issues within the SLA.• Troubleshooting of Network related issues and routing protocols like ISIS, OSPF, MP-BGP, and MPLS• Directly working with customers to offer Level 2, Expertise in handling customer routers and switches• Creating resources and instances for generating various reports which includes Bandwidth Utilization, Jitter and Packet loss, Latency, CPU/Memory and Availability.• DLC, NPLC, STM, DS3, ILL, MPLS, IP based network Links & E1 issues, implementing and De implementing the circuit and many operations are done according to the situation.• Acknowledge, check, and respond to customer fault reports.• Performing escalations to Transmission teams and Field engineers in order to resolve the outages in the network.• Preparation of performance analysis reports like DSR (Daily Shift Report), MDSR (Monthly DSR), BTS Report, SLA report (Service Level Agreement Report) to bring down the SLA and No. of outages.

• Install, configure, and operate simple routed LAN, routed WAN, Switched LAN networks.• Designing IP addressing scheme using subnetting, VLSM and CIDR• Configuring Static, Default Routing & dynamic Routing Protocols like RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, and BGP.• Upgrading Cisco Switches and Routers IOS• Configuring Data backup and restoration via Ftp and Tftp servers.• Implementing Access Lists, VLAN Trunking Protocol (VTP) over a Network.• Taking Regular configurations backup of all network elements Configuring Maintaining and analysis of Cisco routers and switches.• Configuring, implementing and troubleshooting of network layer protocols.• Generating daily and monthly reports• Coordinating with upstream providers and different ISP for latency issues
