CMPAK is China Mobiles first international business wing in IRP. Signed in Nov 2007 with 223 TK BTS Sites deployment in North up till China border. Extremely tough geographical and climatic conditions for working - 2 field offices. Total 55 staff (peak time) and 13 subcontractors were used to deliver Roll out.Recently a new project has been launched with 35 Solar BTS Sites scope which is in implementation phase now

Lead and directed the Network Rollout for Warid GSM Project with country wide spread. Successfully completed Phase-3 and 5 Non Turnkey GSM Projects as well as Phase 6.1 and 6.2 Turnkey Projects. The projects Roll outs were spread in the central and south parts of the country. USF Turnkey GSM Project was first of its kind to be delivered by any MNO and was directed by our team. Four regional offices were set up at Multan, Sukkar, Quetta and Karachi led by respective RPMs reporting directly.
