Scrum Master Responsibilities include-- Backlog grooming- Sprint bandwidth finding by checking on PTOs and holidays that month. Generating reports- Impediments followup with Business/Product before the sprint planning- Sprint planning with tech tech seniors to strategize the sprint based on capacity- Tools used are quickbase(CM) and JIRA(Scrum/Sprint)- Sprint planning with the team and figuring out the Build Masters for that sprint(responsible for managing all the releases on various environments for that sprint)- Daily Scrum and followup on impediments with all stakeholders- Helping team to finish off the sprint in time- Supporting QA phase - Release management in QB and JIRA- Post release reports management- Closing out the sprints and JIRA fix version releaseSr. Developer responsibilities include- - Helping junior developers with their tasks- Completing own tickets within the sprint- Followup with Business/Product about the requirements/ open questions- Supporting QA with their testing process
