- Advocacy Strategy Development and Implementation for Plan's global and in-country advocacy.- Technically converted thematic strategies into campaigns with methodologies, messaging, selection of best possible tools and modus operandi, budgets, M&E, and timelines.- I supervised three global and two national advocacy campaigns: Universal Birth Registration (UBR), Learn without Fear (LWF) Because I Am a Girl (BIAAG), End Juvenile Death Penalty and Implementation of UNHCRC and ratification of Optional Protocols.- I analysed and wrote policy briefs on the local and global political, economic, and cultural situation to analyze legislation in the parliament.- Developed and implemented an advocacy campaign on girls’ right to education- Led advocacy campaign, 'Universal Birth Registration,' which was highly successful in four districts. By the government's request, Plan had to upscale it to another 31 districts in all four provinces and helped the government register 1.6 million children in the campaign (2004-08).- My advocacy strategy issue received prominence, and the section on birth registration was included in the Pakistan Country Periodic Report to the UN Committee on Child Rights. As a result of this advocacy, the program has now been taken up by UNICEF, and Plan to increase birth registration through Digital Birth Registration (DBR).- I have worked during national emergencies in Pakistan. During the 2010 Floods in Pakistan, I contributed to developing and implementing the Advocacy and Campaign strategy for Plan's RuSFAD (Rural Sanitation of Flood Affected Districts) reached 7.5 million people.- I developed an advocacy campaign strategy, the 'Education Financing Campaign,' in 2017 and devised a strategy for Girls' Education in Pakistan.- My Advocacy Strategy for Birth Registration Program reached 3 million people and registered 1.6 million births successfully.- I managed a staff of 17 professionals and handled a budget of $80 million at a time

I headed a World Bank Funded Poverty Assessment Project and managed a team of 100+ professionals focused on meeting project goals in the stipulated timeframe. I scheduled and facilitated meetings between project stakeholders to discuss deliverables, schedules and conflicts working alongside government officials. I built successful project plans covering objectives, resources and staffing to meet schedules. I sourced, vetted and managed vendors needed to accomplish project goals and adhered to a budget of PKR 80 million - 100 million with excellent planning, consistent monitoring and careful delegation. I tracked project and team member performance closely to intervene in mistakes or delays.
