By the government's request, Plan had to upscale it to another 31 districts in all four provinces and helped the government register 1.6 million children in the campaign (2004-08).- My advocacy strategy issue received prominence, and the section on birth registration was included in the Pakistan Country Periodic Report to the UN Committee on Child Rights. As a result of this advocacy, the program has now been taken up by UNICEF, and Plan to increase birth registration through Digital Birth Registration (DBR).- I have worked during national emergencies in Pakistan. During the 2010 Floods in Pakistan, I contributed to developing and implementing the Advocacy and Campaign strategy for Plan's RuSFAD (Rural Sanitation of Flood Affected Districts) reached 7.5 million people.- I developed an advocacy campaign strategy, the 'Education Financing Campaign,' in 2017 and devised a strategy for Girls' Education in Pakistan.- My Advocacy Strategy for Birth Registration Program reached 3 million people and registered 1.6 million births successfully.- I managed a staff of 17 professionals and handled a budget of $80 million at a time -
