I have more than 22 years of experience in project management, project control, enterprise asset management, quality control, design and planning of infrastructure development projects in Texas, Florida and California. I worked directly with Public Agencies, Contractors, Concessionaires and Real Estate Developers in multi-million dollars Design Build and Design-Bid-Build construction projects.
