Leading the digital products portfolio at HIA which includes HIA website, mobile applications, kiosks, wayfinding screens, chatbots, recommendation and personalization system, conversational AI, AR/VR applications and proof of concepts for new technologies & trials at the airport for business users and passengers. I also manage the software development and UI/UX teams at the airport. Digital Portfolio Highlights: ▪ Successful delivery of key programmes geared towards the success of FIFA World Cup 2022.▪ Passenger Digital Assistance Kiosks – Part of the way finding program, the project is an industry first collaboration between two leading airports with several key partners. With 20 kiosks across the airport, used by thousands of passengers everyday during the world cup.▪ Digital Concierge – Part of the way finding program, the project is an important part of the newly opened “The Orchard” at the Hamad International Airport. ▪ Way finding Beacons – Part of the way finding program, thousands of beacons deployed across passenger moving areas with very high accuracy across the airport. ▪ HIA Website & Apps – Delivered in-house upgrade of the HIA Website. ▪ Developed the digital strategy roadmap for passenger journey across 16 digital touch points. The roadmap involves revamping websites, mobile apps, self-service units & kiosks, next gen way finding solution and digital retail capabilities.▪ Led customer delight and design thinking workshops to ideate solutions involving business units across the airport▪ Led trials, POCs and developed MVPs for new business concepts under the HIA Innovation Board to solve business needs. Some of the initiatives are Passengers Digital Assistance Kiosks, Expansion Program, Airport Community Application, HIA Carbon Offset Program, Destination ONE, Passenger Movement Analytics and Find Your Parking. ▪ Successfully led & participated in surveillance & annual audits for ISO 20000, ISO 27000.

Baby closet became a known player in the market in the niche it operates within the first few months of operations.▪ Affiliate marketing products business was set up to focus on selling affiliate products in the travel, retail and technology space to customers in US, UK, Australia, Europe and Asia.
