With over 25 years of experience gained from luxury hospitality establishments around the world,I am passionate about organisational and people development, diversity and inclusion, and talent acquisition.I am a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, UK, and a Certified Hospitality Educator.Before starting my journey with Fignoli Consulting, I have been the Director of Human Resources at a luxury resorts in the Indian Ocean and South Pacific where I led the HR departments and managed the pre-opening, trade union negotiations, HRIS and automation, and creation of policies and procedures. Prior to that, I was an Executive Search Consultant at All-The-Angles, a leading hospitality recruitment and consulting firm, where I specialised in recruiting senior hospitality professionals for various regions and markets.
