I am an extremely driven and focused individual with an in-depth knowledge of planning small to medium sized Engineering projects; from initial tenders, project inception, through to design, manufacture and ultimately installation - specialising in working in Marine based environments. I have an acute awareness of all modern Health and Safety issues and positively encourage a safe working culture amongst my colleagues.An organised and highly motivated worker, i have the ability to work equally well on my own or as part of a larger project Team; and am able to and actively enjoy communicating on every level required.Personal characteristics which have been valued by employers and customers include: honesty, integrity, complete dependability and the ability to remain calm and think clearly under pressure.I'm a family man with 3 children and in my leisure time i enjoy all motorsports, (anything with an engine !) family and travel. To help keep fit / active i play golf, tennis and enjoy walking.
