Hi my name is Syid Uqdah. I worked on the road for about 7 years , five of those years I worked at Midwest Cooling Towers where I traveled around the country building, repairing, and changing out parts in water cooling towers on chemical, electrical, and ethanol plants. Then I left and went to work at PowerSecure where I worked at Fort Bragg and FAMU changing out lights and retrofitting light at the college in florida and also at the military base. I left those jobs to work closer to home to be with my kids more and watch them as they grow and play sports through school and the community. I love cooking as I do the cooking for meals on wheels in North Adams Massachusetts my family and I do the meals for Thanksgiving where we served the community with great food, I worked at freight yard pub for a number of years where I went from dishes to fry cook within a week and from there was given the keys to the restaurant where I did the orders for the week. I was opening and closing the restaurant.
