Tiling & Sanitary Ware Department

• Acting as the administrative point of contact between the CEO/COO and internal/external clients.• Providing general administrative support, such as document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping. • Performed secretarial duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails and text messages, scheduling appointments, and directing customer inquiries to the manager• Completed administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and distributing emails• Updated the database regularly to ensure the company had current customer information readily available• Responsible for renewal of road tax and managing car inspections from time to time
