Syeda Khizran Junaid is a practising Meditator, with over a decade of professional experience in student counselling, learning, executive search, teaching and information technology, with reputed institutions such as Executives Network International, AMWAJ (A Project of School of Leadership), Toronto School of Academic Excellence and Talent Experts International. She holds a firm grasp over various meditation techniques, such as:• Mindfulness Meditation (For focus development)• Metta Meditation (For attribute development)• Healing Meditation (For relaxation and relieving depression, anxiety and stress)• Transcendental Meditation (To replace limiting beliefs by empowering beliefs)Her professional journey started as a student counsellor where she discovered her passion for human potential and she worked her way up as an HR consultant. In October 2017 her desire to serve the youth of Pakistan inspired her to take the Lead Catalyst role for a youth empowerment – Social responsibility project, with AMWAJ, where she worked until May 2018 and then returned full time to Talent Experts International to manage and launch Coaching, a major value addition to Talent Experts’ Learning Division.Khizran is a spiritualist, deeply connected with self, passionate and self-motivated individual.
