Managed a team of 11 experienced consultants across the UK and International Power Generation (Nuclear & Conventional), T&D and SMART Grid/Metering industries. Providing permanent/direct hire staffing solutions to a variety of clients including: EPCs, Equipment Suppliers, Owners Engineers, Utilities, Developers, Consultancies, Manufacturers etc.

Supervised a team of four specialist recruiters within the Power Generation sector covering a number of technical disciplines including: Sales & Business Development, Operations & Maintenance, Mechanical & Electrical Design, Project Controls and Mechanical Construction & Commissioning. Responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships with major EPC's, Engineering Consultancies, Manufacturers and Suppliers within the Thermal and Nuclear Power industries.

Provided specialist recruitment services to major clients within the Thermal and Nuclear Power industries across EMEA. Identifying and developing key clients within the market with an emphasis on Senior Appointments from Project Management through to CEO level on both a Contingency and Retained basis. Focussed on developing a network of Sales, Marketing and Business Development professionals within the Power Generation Sector including: Gas/Steam Turbines, Generators, HRSGs, Boilers and other major equipment related to turn-key EPC projects and the promotion of Client's Engineering Consultancy & Project Management Services.
