Set up London’s first pay-per-use concierge service for private and corporate clients.Handled all aspects of company management and operations including: marketing, branding, finance, social media, and client partnerships.

Responsible for the allocation of staff across all disciplines and departments (design, tech, art direction, copywriting, user experience, quality assurance) at this integrated agency of 300+ staff. Clients included Barclays, Sony, BMW, Premier Inn, The Post Office and Sainsbury’s.

Responsible for the successful and efficient management of all creative, technical and IA/UX resources at this five times Digital Agency of the year winning agency.

Project managed the publication of editorial updates for Microsoft's advertising and sales websites across 18 regions.

Contracted to improve project management practices at this high profile interior design company whilst working on several design and build projects including: OXO Tower restaurant and bar redesign, Bincho restaurant at Central St Giles and Harvey Nichols Fifth Floor Café redesign.

Responsible for the planning and management of creative resources (designers, art directors, producers and copywriters) at 4 Creative, Channel 4’s communications agency providing design, multi-media, marketing and PR services.

Responsible for the marketing, promotion and production of this annual event that raises money for HIV & AIDS related charities.

Viacom Brand Solutions International (VBSi) is the full service media arm of MTV Networks International’s family of brands, including MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central and Paramount. VBSi provides international advertising solutions for brands wanting to reach youth, young adults, kids and families. My role was to project manage the Creative team’s response to international client briefs. Working together with the Creative, Digital, Marketing and Insight teams, we devised and delivered highly successful multi-platform, multi territory advertising campaigns for clients such as: The Bodyshop, EDC by Esprit, Hewlett Packard, Adidas, Swatch and Ford Ka amongst others.

An exciting, multi-faceted role where my project and event management and organizational skills were put to great use. I joined the International Creative department in its infancy and assisted the SVP and VP in establishing the London office as the central hub of creativity for MTV's global network and formulating on-air and off-air teams. Achievements of this role included organizing highly successful creative conferences in Barcelona, New York and London for around 150 of MTV's most senior creatives and project managing the publication of the collectors book, "On-Air, The Visual Messages and Global Language of MTV". My contribution to this project's success was acknowledged in the book by the publishers Die Gestalten Verlag as Rob "Hero" Sykes.
