Activating the innovation mindset with all Loyens & Loeff colleagues and stakeholders, to stimulate the adoption of new and existing technology (processes). Achieved this by designing a custom learning platform, as well as the first-ever law & tax rapid prototyping hackathon in continental Europe. Fast-growing fintech Mollie required an in-house Learning and Development department. I established this new department, which included setting up the L&D vision, structure and team, and introducing new initiatives related to performance, engagement, leadership and talent management to create a WOW-experience for all employees. During this time, the headcount at Mollie grew from 100 to 500+!

Designing and introducing a global change management initiative aimed at making Arcadis' digital transformation strategy tangible and actionable for all 27,000+ employees. For the initiative, called ‘Expedition DNA’, I designed a virtual learning environment as the first major step in creating a common digital language within the company. Designed and implemented a European Sales Academy to upskill the sales capabilities of the commerce team, and a global on- and off boarding system in Europe.

Facilitated a 3-month leadership course to develop the skills of psychology students.

Optimised the HR processes and -procedures to bring the HR administration to the next level.

Executed all aspects of the HR administration.

Educated student groups in the first year of their psychology study in different fields, and selected and supervised a team of tutors to train these student groups. Furthermore, developed and implemented a 2-month coaching course for students in dealing with motivation problems and failure anxiety.
