I begun as IT specialist within IBM, then in Orange. After a while in technical team,I turned in a business oriented activity in CRM area within Orange CRM group. My speciality is B2B. First member of the corporate B2B referential team, succeed in managing the team. Then I took over all the analytical CRM activities for France + CRM group footprint ( Spain, Belgium, Egypt, Switzerland ). After successful transformation of the analytical activity from old school to real time BI ( in russia ), leveraging on community experience to build own CRM data mining team, I took over all CRM solutions from CRM Group - adding operational ( Salestool / campaign tool ). I am now owner of the whole CRM solution. During this period, I built and organize with my teammate the creation of romanian CRM team that makes the whole very cost effective.
