Director of Operations and Projects in Arkema Chinese PVDF plant :- Leading 50 MUSD expansion projects (project owner execution, permitting activities...)- Minimizing the disruptions of the construction on plant operations, implementing some scope changes and speeding up project start-up in order to catch business demand opportunities.- Developing a new supply of raw material to feed the project expansion, compatible with IATF 16949 certification.- Adapting the plant to the battery market business, developing new control plan and methodologies- Managing Capex program (1,5 MUSD/y recurrent capex), recurrent production expenses (~10MUSD) and a team of 140 persons, increased by 30% during expansion project- Looking at and developing opportunities in order to optimize and reduce variable and fix costs (Waste and Water reductions, Advanced Process Control, Organization optimization...)As IP officer :- Protecting and preventing leaks and thieves of confidential information regarding process, raw material and sensitive datas.

Industrial Manager for "Downstream Industry" of "High Performance Polymer Business Unit", in charge of Arkema Polyamides and PVDF facilities, in France (Serquigny - 350 pers, and Pierre Benite - 80 pers), and in the US (Birdsborow - 80 pers) :- Assessing plant running and results, making sure it corresponds to business and corporate expectations (Fix cost budget, Capex, cross functional actions...) .- Leading investment process (Gate process, 15 Meuro /y globally), validating current Capex up to 300 keuro, - Project director for major revamping and expansion projects- Representative of any corporate projects impacting plants under responsibilities (SAP projects, operational excellence programs, environment or regulatory programs...)- Managing and developing tolling activity inside HPP BU (around 10 tollers for several millions euro of turnover), setting technical part of the contracts.

Lacq industrial site was the only major Thiochemical industrial site of Arkema and at the heart of the development strategy of Thiochemicals Business Unit.- Leading operations (12 productions units of Thiochemistry running continuously, including packaging and expedition) in a very demanding environment in term of safety and technical expectations - Managing 120 persons- Implementing an operational excellence program in order to better control operations (management program, SOP system...), and creating reliability plans in order to strengthen operational results.Involved as Operation Manager to "Lacq 2014 project" (50 M Euro - conversion from a gas industrial platform into a chemical site) from 2010 to 2014 : > Leading documentation and training of the staff, Turnaround executions, start-up organization and realization. > Leading HR negotiations in order to change and adapt the organization of production team to the new configuration of the plant (signature of a memorandum with all unions and no strike at the start-up).
