This may include dealing with the repair depot issues when reported by IT Centre technical support staff•Plan, build and implement the deployment of standard laptop and desktop image load sets•Plan, manage and maintain remote deployment and provisioning software for updating of non-faculty, faculty, and student laptops and desktops with current application and security patches and updates•Administer and maintain the IT Centre’s problem ticketing software and ensure that proper response times are adhered to by IT Centre technical support staff•Coordinate the maintenance and repair of classroom related hardware and software (e.g. Smartboard Interactive Whiteboards; projectors, curriculum-based software)•Oversee shipping/receiving of computers sent out for repair when necessary•Properly stock user based consumable resources (e.g. ink and toner cartridges for personal and network printers, keyboards, mice, speakers, etc.)•Oversee and assist in laptop collection (end of school year) and deployment rollout of new laptops (start of school year/as needed)•Respond to student and staff questions and provide on the spot instruction as needed.•Purchase supplies, spare equipment, parts, etc. •Troubleshoot and maintain classroom technology such as SMART Boards, Computer labs, Cameras and projectors.•Troubleshoot printers, order ink/toner and ensure availability of network printing
