My greatest strengths are my capacity to federate my team and to work and adapt a multicultural environment. My main competency is to have a global long-term overview of the evolution and budgetary constraints of the company or of big projects (factory building). In my career, I had a large experience in different aspects of factory building and factory management: from ground role (commissioning) to management of projects of new breweries (budget, sizing, tendering, planning) and as specialist of process equipment for the engineering office of a big group in the brewery business (80 factories in Africa). I also worked as consultant for the construction of greenfields. I had a large experience in management and operation: I took position of technical director to manage the operation in a factory (production, maintenance, investment). Today, I am Brewery & Supply Chain Director for Unibra, I am based in Skol Brewery in Rwanda. I am in charge of the brewery : Production, Packaging, Maintenance, Logistic : management of +- 350 permanent workers. My diploma from high school in engineering electromechanics and automation allows me to deeply understand and optimize the tools of any process.
