PresidentSylvana Sas Jul 2019 - Sep 2023Driven by a pronounced taste for finding nuggets and identifying the potential of neglected properties, imagining how to transform them into exceptional living spaces, even from scratch, the aim of SYLVANA SAS was to discover hidden treasures and collaborate with architects to create beautiful, marketable homes.During this experience in a new industry, I carried out several strategic actions:Study of the rehabilitation of a 1200 m² industrial hotel, transformed into 24 high-end apartments.Collaboration with a hotel franchise for guidance and support.Development of a new design plan with an architect and cost estimate, for a total budget of 2.8 million euros.Negotiated with local and regional authorities to obtain a 200,000 euro subsidy.Seeking and obtaining investors to contribute 700,000 euros, supplemented by a bank loan.The project was halted in September 2020 following the March pandemic, causing banks and investors to withdraw.These experiences enabled me to strengthen my skills in project management, market analysis, coordination with various stakeholders, budget planning and financing strategy.
