With 20+ years' experience in a variety of sectors, including aeronautics, automotive and composite materials modeling for complex mechanical applications, I have acquired in-depth expertise in technical project management. As CTO of SIMU-FEA, a sister company of EUROCFD renowned in fluid simulation, I lead the development of innovative solutions in finite element mechanical simulation. My role involves defining technical solutions in line with our customers' expressed needs, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and optimizing processes to provide deliverables that meet market requirements. My experience has enabled me to develop skills in data analysis, strategic planning, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Driven by a pronounced taste for finding nuggets and identifying the potential of neglected properties, imagining how to transform them into exceptional living spaces, even from scratch, the aim of SYLVANA SAS was to discover hidden treasures and collaborate with architects to create beautiful, marketable homes.During this experience in a new industry, I carried out several strategic actions:Study of the rehabilitation of a 1200 m² industrial hotel, transformed into 24 high-end apartments.Collaboration with a hotel franchise for guidance and support.Development of a new design plan with an architect and cost estimate, for a total budget of 2.8 million euros.Negotiated with local and regional authorities to obtain a 200,000 euro subsidy.Seeking and obtaining investors to contribute 700,000 euros, supplemented by a bank loan.The project was halted in September 2020 following the March pandemic, causing banks and investors to withdraw.These experiences enabled me to strengthen my skills in project management, market analysis, coordination with various stakeholders, budget planning and financing strategy.

During my 7 years' experience with the digital division of the PSA Peugeot Citroen group, now STELLANTIS, I gained a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by design teams in dimensioning the body-in-white and opening parts of tomorrow's cars. My aim has always been to ensure that end-users have the best, quickest and most reliable tools to enable them to apply their skills as effectively as possible to the development of cutting-edge automotive designs.My role was to provide technical support to the design teams, improving modeling methods and software in close collaboration with the group's editors and IT department to create robust and reliable digital solutions. After doing my duty to France in the army in 1999 (no big deal, I was musician...), I've started this first exciting professional experience by Bertrandt Group working in the aerospace industry at first, and then in the automotive one.During the first 2 years I've been working onsite by SNECMA Motors. I did calculations for the risk of failure of fixed turbine blades submitted to vibrational loads with or without initial damages.
