Member of the Windows Infrastructure group, I have been recommending, designing, implementing, documenting and supporting Infrastructure applications. Following are the most important achievements:• Perform IT Support for around 300 Windows servers (capacity planning, problem analysis/resolution, availability 24h).• Conceptualize system architecture for many services, including File, Print, DHCP, Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM and SCOM.• Perform technology watch, seeking for best practice and IT improvements.• Encourage my team to embrace change management• Standardize windows installation and tools• Perform the transition from Exchange 2003 to 2007 and then to 2010. o Build the Infrastructure o Move 50 000 mailboxes• Document systems architecture, technical configuration and process.• Participate in the deployment of the original mail archiving software (Enterprise Vault)• Develop different automation scripts• Assisting and supporting other IT units in their projects

Member of the Windows group for the largest customer of IBM in Europe, our team gradually undertake administration of 525 servers. Soon after, I became technical lead for a group of 7 people doing IT Infrastructure site refresh across Europe (England, Finland, France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain and Belgium). Fiducie Desjardins started a major shift in technologies by moving from Token Ring network topology to Ethernet, Novell Directory to Active Directory and IPX/SPX network protocol to TCP/IP.
