As the Vice President of Digital Sales at CMA CGM, one of largest container shipping company, I am responsible for defining and implementing the digital sales strategy, product management, and digital marketing. I aim to enhance the tool adoption and implementation of new features, and to create a seamless and engaging online experience for our clients. I am motivated by the mission and vision of CMA CGM, which is to provide sustainable and responsible transport solutions that respect the environment and the people.In my previous role as the Vice President of Asia / Middle East / Red Sea / ISC Lines at CMA CGM, I oversaw the lines from Asia to Red Sea / Middle East Gulf / ISC and ISC & Middle East Gulf to North Europe and Med, managing the profitability, revenue, and cost of the trades. I leveraged my skills in commercial management, finance, and cost management to optimize the performance and efficiency of the lines, and to ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers. I also collaborated with various internal and external stakeholders, such as regional managers, sales teams, agents, terminals, and carriers, to coordinate and align the operations and processes.
