Orange is a network operator and creator of digital experiences in over 26 countries around the world.Within the store of Béthune and during an internship (followed by an interim during the summer), my missions were to:- Animate a manufacturer challenge internally to boost the sales of new devices and accessories- Welcome and advise our guests- Animate the employees' day & the shopkeepers' stand> Results: store ranked 45th nationally (out of 1000 stores), best ranking obtained so far for Béthune’s shop, excellent KPI in reception and accessories sales.
