MISSIONS :Management of the ILS Department (3 ILS Engineers) o Create and structure the ILS department regrouping all SAGEM avionic division new development products (Flight Control Electro-mechanical systems, Aircraft Information Systems, Navigation Systems) o Pilot ILS team activities and report on project progress o Participate to the elaboration of the overall SAGEM ILS trade repositoryILS Project leader (Bizzjet Flap Control System) o Conduct the maintenance analysis integrating design, logistical breakdown, reliability, maintainability, testability and economic data to determinate the level of repair of each equipment of the system (26 repairable products) o Prepare the Support element for the entry into service of the system (customer deliverables, repair technical documentation, test means specification and development and spare part prevision) Customer Support representative for bidding in a request for proposal process o Quote the overall Support activities integrating ILS activities (non-recurring costs to develop the support system) and Customer Support services (Recurring costs after entry into service) in case of request for proposal from new customer.INTERFACES :SAFRAN Group technical offices, Internal Production and Commercial department, Customers : Airbus / Dassault / COMAC / Bell Helicopter

MISSIONS:ILS Project leader (Bizzjet Flap Control System)o Elaborate the ILS requirement to be declined in the technical specifications (at system and equipment’s level) in order to ensure the optimisation of the safety, reliability, maintainability, testability and reparability in the product design. o Elaborate the preliminary maintenance analysis taking into account of the early design and economical informationILS Project leader for the Airbus A350 Products (5 repairable products)o Establish and deliver all support element for the entry into service of the A350 in December 2014 (Maintenance analysis, customer logistic data, repair technical documentation, test means, repair capability, spare part and stock) o Pilot internal milestones (SAGEM) and external milestones (AIRBUS, AIRLINES)o Validate the maintenance concept and ensure the equipment design compliance to the reliability, testability and reparability requirements o Ensure the repair capability for EASA Part 145 o Pilot the redaction and approbation of the repair technical documentation in ATA2200 formato Realize the spare part prevision and stock establishment for customer support worldwide needs (Initial provisioning, AOG, standard exchange)INTERFACES :Internal : Technical Office / Production and Commercial Department, Customer : Airbus / Dassault

MISSIONS :• Redaction of the Hydraulic Braking and steering system technical specifications: architecture with an electro-hydraulic power generation to actuate the wheel braking system with antiskid control and the electro-hydraulic steering system.• Realization of the Safety analysis: redaction of the Functional Hazard Analysis (FHA) of the complete system approved by EASA.
