My experience includes very good understanding of the outdoor and fashion business and cross functional projects management in retail, wholesale and e-com channels. Optimistic by nature and authentic, I like to develop close relationships with the people I work with.Main projects :1 - ERP Dynamics AX deployment for Europe subsidiaries. 8 entities set up in international environment. 25 employees and consultants managed, 2 M$ budget.2 - Cloud computing: Setup of the 2 firsts cloud based multi-countries call centers with Colt technology service. Early Office 365 migration in 2014 (see Patagonia/Microsoft case study). All Patagonia Europe IT infrastructure migration in Microsoft Azure cloud (18 servers, 15 network equipment, 5 subsidiaries, more than 200 devices connected).3 - Leading a Warehouse migration to a 3PL from France to The Netherlands. 230 000 units moved, a 6 months project, less than a week activity stopped.4 - Opening of around 10 retail stores throughout Europe.
