- Accounting information process:* Impact analysis of the suppression of the contributive accounting in the context of a SGAM for Covéa’ top management – Covéa, 4 months* Management a team (6 FTE) in order to perform the overhaul of the Accounting Department, definition of the closing calendar for internal departments and 68 foreign entities (fast close) – Accounting Department, BNPP Assurance, 6 months. - Mergers / migrations:* Business support in the building of an international center of excellence, a shared service center in India and the implementation of SAP FI – AXA, Lisbon, Zürich, Paris, 5 months* Leading of a task force (4 FTE) in the context of the merger of accounting systems (Natio Vie and Cardif) –Norms and Controls, BNPP Assurance, 7 months- Consolidation:* Due diligence for KPMG Transaction Services: analysis of the opportunity of an acquisition, impact study of the consolidation of a re-insurance captive in the context of the setting-up of the IFRS in the group (car rental company), Gibraltar, London, Paris, 3 months* Leading of a team (3 FTE) working on the consolidation of investment funds in IFRS and the development of a consolidation tool – Consolidation Department, BNPP Assurance, 9 months* Participation to the IFRS consolidation of funds: leading a team of 2 FTE being the intermediary between the Finance Team and the IT Development Team – AXA IM, 18 months - Risk Management and regulatory:* Defining of the methodology frame for the Group for own funds’ eligibility and classification under Solvency II (Pillar 1) – BNPP Assurance, 3 months* Management of a team (2 FTE) in the analysis of various IASB’s Exposure Drafts, organizing of debates within FFSA members and redaction of FFSA’s comment letters to IASB – FFSA, 3 months- Development of KPMG’s Solvency II offer* Pitch on own funds’ eligibility and classification rules in the context of Pillar 1* Assistance to the Pillar 3 KPMG event in Paris on the 08/12/2011
