I am someone always very committed, motivated and who likes challenges! First, I started my career driven by technical challenges in order to contribute to solutions for more environmentally friendly transportation. Then, during my professional evolution, I developed my leadership and I discovered a true passion for it. This has started a second phase in my career by associating this new aspect of human challenge within the managerial missions that I have then undertaken.When I started, I was passionate about technology and I decided to do a PhD thesis on very applied engineering issues for hybrid powertrain (diesel-electric). I got then specialized in embedded systems verification, in particular by means of HIL test bench (Hardware In the Loop). This expertise brought me to Japan in 2010 with the purpose to install the same test equipment and train the team.In addition to this very interesting technical experience around the development of embedded software and hardware electronics, I had the opportunity to develop my project and team management skills in a rather complicated international context. I then understood the importance of knowing how to deal with human issues in order to succeed in projects and obtain a quality product.During the various experiences that followed as a group manager, I was particularly sensitive to the importance of my leadership to succeed in my missions and to bring teams to express their best potential. My recipe: to be always honest and inspiring, to rely on a vision and clear objectives and to know how to communicate them, and ultimately to be close to his teams, sensitive to the inclusion of everyone.That's what you can expect from me by working together!
