Leading of the controlling- Optimization of controlling by integration of Spanish and Portuguese subsidiaries- Survey of freight profitability for different destinations: Europe, Asia, North America…- Elaboration of freight volumes by customer: public companies, wine merchants, industry…► Consolidation of French, Spanish and Portuguese subsidiaries in a single report / account to head office.

Optimization of business policies- Fuel credit card business plan development by performance analysis and by optimization of sales team organization.- Outlet volume forecasting by activity: fuel, retail, carwash, etc. ► Productivity increase of 10% in 2 years.
