I am a Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Compliance at the Central Bank of Lebanon, with more than 15 years of experience in the legal and banking sectors. I have a Ph.D. in Law and an MBA in Business Administration, and I teach Business Law at the American University of Beirut.I specialize in negotiating and drafting legal instruments, managing compliance programs, and regulating banking practices. I have experience developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures that comply with both local and international laws and regulations.
