Innovative Educator - People Connector - Adaptable Leader - Outdoor EnthusiastMy most recent roles involved leading several initiatives, mostly in primary healthcare. Within a short amount of time, I established myself as one of the leading Physician Recruiter in all of rural BC. Moreover, I was able to develop a one-of-a-kind Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program for rural physicians, which has been recognized as the gold standard by Provincial leaders. In previous roles, I created innovative career development workshops and coached hundreds of people as they were redefining their best professional selves. Former colleagues and managers will vouch for my positive outlook, my creativity and my ability to quickly adapt to changing environments.I shine the most when designing engaging learning experiences and dynamic presentations, embedding experiential education and adult learning principles in curriculums, quickly establishing meaningful connections with people, and organizing and hosting responsive Continuing Professional Development events.
