I am an Italian-Australian and have worked across international markets. I am well versed in cultural differences, standards and norms. I bring this appreciation of diversity and nuance, plus 15 years’ experience understanding senior managers and companies in global industries, to my Leadership Consultancy. My background gives me a valuable edge and perspective as coach, mentor and facilitator for executives facing the challenges of leadership, team dynamics, creativity, accountability, productivity and cross-cultural communication. I chose to change careers to focus on executive learning and development as the most effective way to generate workplaces of fun, learning, respect and creativity resulting in long term out-performance. I am energised by partnering with executives who recognise the importance of values and their roles as models to their colleagues and wider society.In my financial services career, I progressed from equity analyst and funds manager to the head of global equity research teams and became an Executive Vice President at Bankers Trust Financial Group.I evaluated managers of small, medium and multinational corporations and have investigated several business models in different phases of development and competitive environments. I travelled extensively in the US, Europe and Asia. I've been down potash mines, on the factory floor, in movie studios, distribution centres and retail stores.I elicited information from competitors, suppliers, customers, distributors and the occasional taxi driver. These skills have supplemented my coaching assignments with senior executives in the financial services sector and executives on a promotion track.I also marketed to investors and advisers in South America, Australia and New Zealand and appeared on TV advertisements, radio and press articles. I am a passionate and articulate communicator and have been told that my presentations “rock”.
