Responsible for systematic control of all maintenance spare parts, tools, production chemicals, Lubrication oil, paints and other consumables for the FPSO, including scheduling maintenance work plan, execution and documentation on the unit. - Regular reporting and documentation of material status and maintenance recordsfor the project.- Liaise with maintenance superintendent to ensure correct engineering data is provided to procurement team to enable them to source materials and equipment required for the project.- Provide appropriate documents relating to equipment, plant or structure that maintenance job is carried out.- Document all scheduled maintenance activities and material receipt in IBM MAXIMO –Computerised Maintenance Management Software (CMMS). - Liaise with project management team and client on schedule of major structural

Maintain precise computer records of received, non-conformity supplies and used spares on the FPSO’s stock control software via Q4/ SAP Computerised Maintenance Management Software (CMMS). - Ensure that stores are kept secured and operate control to prevent loss or theft. - Undertake regular and systematic inventory checks to verify the accuracy of the stock control system. - Receive stores onboard and accurately check them off against manifests and purchase orders while ensuring technical conformity & quantity.Responsible for the management of stores and stock items on the facility, allocated proper spaces and store locations. Proper labelling them identification. - Carry out activities /operations in total compliance with HSE procedures.- Manage hazardous substances, applying Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) procedures – proper labelling, Material safety data sheet and storing in aerated locations. - Administrate logistic: prepare transmittal, proper documentation for materials transmitted ashore by helicopter or supply boat and follow up its return to the Location. - Daily update /documentation captured Q4 CMMS and updated in SAP onshore.

Maintain precise computer records of received, non-conformity supplies and used spares on the FPSO’s stock control software via Computerised Maintenance Management Software AMOS/ Q4 (CMMS). - Ensure that stores are kept secured and operate control to prevent loss or theft. - Undertake regular and systematic inventory checks to verify the accuracy of the stock control system. - Carry out annual inventory of materials on facility and report to management.- Receive stores onboard and accurately check them off against manifests and purchase orders, update the computer records accordingly and prepare and distribute a materials received onboard summary. - Issue materials under the directives of the maintenance superintendent/ supervisor, keep accurate records and update on CMMS accordingly. Inform the maintenance superintendent when stock levels fall below set minimum and prepare requisitions and update the computer records according to approved requisitions under the direction of the maintenance superintendent. - Keep updated data of Purchase Information Requisition (PIR) and the status. Participate in internal stock audits with project management team and Clients representatives. - Responsible for the management of stores and stock items on the facility, allocated proper spaces and store locations. Proper labelling them identification. - Manage hazardous substances, applying COSHH procedures – proper labelling, Material safety data sheet and storing in aerated locations. - Administrate logistic: prepare transmittal, proper documentation for materials transmitted ashore by helicopter or supply vessel and follow up its return to the Location.- All documentation captured in AMOS CMMS and later replaced with Q4 CMMS
