The Fund helped hundreds of businesses across the Black Country obtain the finance they needed to start and grow their business through the provision of low cost loans and grants. Through grants alone in the final two years of operations the development projects helped the businesses supported increase sales by over £3 million.

BCELF was created to help drive prosperity in the Black Country through loans for enterprise and we work with a number of business support providers, including Black Country Chamber, Business Link and the Princes Trust, to ensure we deliver this.
