As CSL Engineering Manager, responsible for management of 3MM operational budget & 2-3MM in leveraged spend. Owner of process to deliver compliant calibrations, accurate and NIST traceable Global Standards and calibration vendor management. Also responsible for managing Lilly calibration compliance risk associated with FDA, CFR Title 21, maintaining ongoing external accreditation and internal and external audit compliance and delivering consultation and best practices in support of sites measurements & standards.

As a Six Sigma Black Belt worked with Facilities Management Lead team and their direct reports to generate, evaluate and implement process improvement ideas. As a participating member of FM Directors lead team, managed and reported 6 sigma project progress. Delivered over 10MM in process improvement savings for validated projects.

As a FM Team Leader, laid groundwork, created and executed implementation plans to establish a new maintenance and utilities organization in Lilly's new BioProcess Development facilitty from 2002-2006.
