Lenscrafters & Optica• New Business Development/ResearchIdentified Computer Vision syndrome as an unaddressed malady in the optical industry resulting in my leading role in the research, development, diagnosis, and treatment of CVS. Wrote training manuals and best practices for Lenscrafters associates and partnering Doctors of Optometry throughout the United States. Implemented a marketing plan for educating the customers/patients and increased sales in computer eyewear nationwide.• Regional Recruiter /Training and Development: Identified potential candidates for managerial placement with the Bay Area Responsible for training and developing General Managers, Retail Managers Lab Managers, Opticians, and Sales Associates.• Gift of Sight- Optical Missions -Regional leader/ International Team LeaderLed teams of optometrists and LC associates on optical outreach missions in third-world countries.Organized and tracked Bay area regional charitable efforts to give eye exams and corrective eyewear to those in need.
