The Verzuimsignaal platform offers all parties involved (employers, OH Service Proviers (Arbo-diensten), insures, etc.) a platform to collaborate on the process as a whole. This greatly increases the effectiveness of the process and contributes to lower absence costs.As the interim Business Manager for the Verzuimsignaal Product my assignment was to focus on the operational effectiveness of the organization, deploy short term process improvements, mitigate risks, de-escalate problem files and setup a plan for the long term, that could be executed by my successor.
