Key Responsibilities:- Managed 2 consultants, 1 staff and 5 interns- Raised over $140,000 in campaign fundsI ran for the state legislature in 2012 to not only contribute to some of the state's most pressing challenges such as education, transportation and the economy; I also ran to help reduce the political strife that accompanies the debate on hard issues. In the Seattle Times endorsement of my campaign, I was called "Independent, rational and patient". The campaign received support from education, environmental, business and labor groups; one of the few to accomplish that feat. We raised over $140,000 and was endorsed by many across the political spectrum. Over 13,000 doors in the district were knocked on by myself and campaign staff which included a manager and five interns.

I worked in the local district office from Sept 2010 - Jan 2011 and at the Capitol in Olympia from Jan 2011 - May 2011 for a member of the Washington State Legislature. Scott was a rising star in the party and very well respected for his collaborative approach. My role included scheduling, constituent responses, and tracking legislation. I was involved with education, environmental and transportation policy and developed communication materials in coordination with Senate staff.

Dean Willard ran for State Representative in the 5th legislative district of Washington State. Duties included day to day scheduling of the campaign and the candidate, direct voter outreach, event/fundraiser planning, and media communication. I managed three interns each responsible for different areas of the campaign. Overall, the campaign knocked on nearly 7,500 doors in the district, made over 9,000 phone calls and raised approximately $90,000.

Conducted financial analysis for commercial property valuation using discounted cash flow analysis, direct income capitalization, and market rent analysis. New property appraisals require construction budget analysis in the Cost Approach. Required to evaluate property income streams and pro forma assumptions to determine highest and best use. Responsible for providing oral or written values to clients which included financial institutions, pension funds, local municipalities, and private owners. Accumulated over 7,000 hours of appraisal work. The variation of commercial property appraisal requires creative problem solving, data analysis and critical thinking.
