In this role, I manage the day-to-day support management for our large international B2B e-procurement platform ( Magento ).As a 'Spider in the web', I liaise between internal stakeholders, internal- and external customers and internal- and offshore developers ( Nepal ).In our day to day team, I assume the role of SCRUM master and team member responsible for QA for our website, writing requirements and test scenario's. Some of my responsibilities :- 2nd line website support- RFC handling and coordination, defining requirements and scope ( and reverting the information to stories and acceptance criteria )- Release management- QC and (UA) Test coordination in which I align, assure, and coordinate the required quality processes related to the creation-, testing-, and delivery of technical requirements- As SCRUM master, I also see it as my responsibility to promote SCRUM throughout my organization and to be the servant/leader which this role requires.

As chairman of the PF Concept Works Council I represent the interests of PF Concept employees in several issues and employee policies together with 2 other members of the Works Council. I have chosen to join the Works Council as I want to contribute to the future of PF Concept. In my function of Internet Services Project Manager I'm responsible for all internet services projects within PF Concept International, from conception to completion, I handle project communication with several ( International ) parties, internal, external and 3rd party, and assure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
