A larger part of my role at the clinic is to direct the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision the volunteer program. On a daily basis, volunteers will report to me if any issues are to arise or if they require clarification on how to conduct vitals for various clinical assessments. Aside from coordinating the volunteers, I assisted secretarial staff in booking appointments for patients, responding to emails, and sending referrals.
